I’ve been building and running online businesses since 2006, when I started Tokyo Room Finder, a rental site for Tokyo that’s still going today.

Later I ran e‑commerce at Contabo and helped grow the business from a mostly German customer base into global markets, working across internal and external teams to get there. More recently I’ve run a digital consultancy, Shift Forward Digital, working on UX, conversion and experimentation for ecommerce brands across markets, and building AI tools people actually use.
